Serafino Iacono (Co-Chairman and Executive Director)
Mr. Iacono has over twenty years of experience in capital markets and has raised more than one billion dollars for numerous natural resource projects internationally. He was also a co-founder of Bolivar Gold Corp. and Pacific Stratus Energy.

Miguel de la Campa (Co-Chairman and Executive Director)
Mr. de la Campa has been involved in the financing and development of mining, oil and other resource projects in the United States, Latin America, Europe and Africa for the last thirty years. He was also President and co-founder of Bolivar Gold Corp. and a co-founder of Pacific Stratus Energy.

Ronald Pantin (Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director)
Mr. Pantin worked in the Venezuelan oil industry for twenty-three years prior to founding Pacific Rubiales. Mr. Pantin has held a number of senior positions within Petroleos de Venezuela, most recently being President of PDVSA Services. Immediately after PDVSA, Mr. Pantin was President of Enron Venezuela. He began his professional career with Maraven, an affiliate of PDVSA, where he held a variety of positions including Exploration & Production Planning Manager, Petroleum Engineering Manager, Treasurer, Operations Manager in the Production Division, and Corporate Planning Manager.

Jose Francisco Arata (President and Executive Director)
Mr. Arata has over twenty-seven years of experience in mineral and oil exploration in Latin America. He began his professional career with Maraven, where he held a variety of positions within the Exploration & Production Department. He has been working in the Colombian oil industry since 1996 and he was CEO and co-founder of Pacific Stratus Energy and Bolivar Gold Corp.

German Efromovich (Director)
Mr. German Efromovich is an entrepreneur and currently is the head of the Synergy Group of Companies. Mr. Efromovich was a director of PF One, the company that operated the Rubiales field before selling that interest to the company. He is a director of Avianca, S.A., Colombia's national airline, and OceanAir.

Neil Woodyer (Director)
Mr. Woodyer is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour Financial. He is responsible for managing Endeavour's gold operations as well as its corporate advisory business. His experience in the natural resource business spans more than thirty years, including Chief Executive Officer positions with Lloyds International Trading, a subsidiary of Lloyds Bank specializing in project and trade finance and commodity trading and Amalgamet's group of New York and Latin American based metal trading and mining finance companies. Mr. Woodyer is a director of a number of public companies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Augusto Lopez (Director)
Mr. Lopez has worked for over forty years in various capacities, most recently as President at Bavaria, S.A. which is Colombia's largest beverage maker. He has also held senior positions with Bavaria's investment company and Avianca, S.A. Mr. Lopez is an electrical engineer and serves on the Boards of numerous public and private South American companies.

Miguel Rodriguez (Director)
Mr. Rodriguez, an independent director, has extensive experience in the private, public and academic sectors. He has served as Chairman of Astra Fund and Incofin, Inc., both part of the Davos Financial Group, and is a Professor of Economics at the Venezuelan Institute for Advanced Studies in Administration. In addition to consulting and advisory roles for the public sector, Mr. Rodriguez has previously acted as the President of the Central Bank of Venezuela and served as Governor to the Interamerican Development Bank, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.

John Zaozirny (Director)
Mr. Zaozirny was Counsel to the law firm of McCarthy Tetrault LLP from 1987 to 2008. He has served as Vice-Chairman of Canaccord Capital Corporation since 1996 and is also a director of Bankers Petroleum Ltd., Bayou Bend Petroleum Ltd., Canadian Oil Sands Limited, Candax Energy Inc., Coastal Energy Company, Computer Modeling Group Ltd., Fording Canadian Coal Trust, Pengrowth Corporation, Provident Energy Ltd. and TerraVest Income Fund. He is a Governor of the Business Council of British Columbia and a member of The Law Societies of Alberta and British Columbia. Mr. Zaozirny was Minister of Energy and Natural Resources for the Province of Alberta from 1982 to 1986.

Donald Ford (Director)
Mr. Ford is a Retired Chartered Accountant. Mr. Ford has previously served as an officer and/or director of a number of public companies, including Bolivar Goldfields, Chivor Emerald Company Ltd. and Gran Colombia Resources, among others. He spent 11 years as a senior financial executive for British Petroleum’s Canadian mining operations.

Alexander Bialer (Director)
Mr. Bialer is a director of a number of South American-based public and private companies, including Avianca, Colombia’s principal airline. He holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Instituto Tecnologico da Aeronautica and a specialization degree in systems administration from the Escola de Administracao de Empresas de Sao Paulo- Fundacao Getulio Vargas.

Victor Rivera (Director)
Mr. Rivera is a petroleum engineer with over thirty-three years of experience in the Colombian hydrocarbon exploration and production sector. Previously, Mr. Rivera has served as President and CEO of Hocol S.A. for a number of years as well as “High Commissioner for the Protection of Energy Infrastructure” for the Colombian government.
